Hi,

I am looking to add a family member to my discount, However when i go to register its asking me to accept that I will pay £10. 

I have added people in the past and this has not cost? 

Please can you advise?

Not too long ago a membership fee of £10 was applied.

Thanks For the comment. But is that charge for each person that is added out of my 5 members? Surely that cost should be passed on to the member organisation and not the employee? So the family member will be charged £10, but recieved 30% discount on all bills including the 10% charge?

Hi Vicki,

Thanks for confirming. So i have a family member that has just taken out a sim only deal for £15 a month. 

Will the first bill be £15-£4.50 (30% Discount) and then £10 charge added. 

Or will it be £15+£10-£7.50 (30% Discount)

The £10 wouldn't be discounted so it would be the first option.
