Added Sky Sports to my bundle as customer service advised which should be free included in my Red Plan. Checking my Vodafone App I can see I have now been billed £4.99 for this.
Why can't vodafone get anything right. I contacted billing was on the call for 45 minutes who told me its the Entertainment team who will sort it but they are now closed 19:00.
How are people getting these services for free?

Now I see Sky Sports there from my handset but I can not remove the service.
