Vodafone Mobile Broadband - Dongle Keeps Losing Connection

Hi,

I was wondering if someone here would be able to help........

I've had a Vodafone 3G Dongle for well over a year now and never had any issues. Just recently, I've had issues with the dongle dropping the connection when in the office. I have plenty of signal and I know there isn't anything blocking the signal in the building as other people around me are using the Vodafone dongles without any problems.
When the dongle drops its connection it still appears as being connected in the status window, but still no internet connection. When using the dongle at home and on the same laptop I don't seem to have this issue.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the helps guys.

Just before I try it, does it apply to the E172 as thats the model I have.

Hi DaveP1

As you've got the E172 you can try the latest software version for the E172 Vodafone Mobile Connect Lite for Windows Vista and XP.

Give that a try and let us now how you get on. :D
