Vodafone Mobile Broadband - Getting 'bad request' For Vodafone.co.uk/builtin/support

On my newly acquired mobile broadband connection, I cannot access vodafone.co.uk/builtin/support, which is the URL given in the Mobile Broadband Connect application that came pre-installed on my laptop.

I cann access the URL just fine on my BT broadband connection, but every time I try it on the Voda mobile broadband connection, the browser comes back saying "Bad Request".

Ah, just tried it in IE and it seems to work on the mobile connection, but doesn't work in Firefox, which is my preferred browser. Firefox does display the page ok when connected on BT landline broadband.

Any ideas anyone what's wrong there?

Just to confirm I've got this right...

On your landline you can access it fine on Firefox, and on IE.

On Mobile Broadband, you can access it on IE, but not on Firefox?

I'm afraid that has me a bit stumped! Can you confirm the version of Firefox you're using for us?
