Vodafone Protect locked my device

Hi, please help! Vodafone Protect locked my phone and asking for a PIN, but i have never created an account with Vodafone Protect and do not have a PIN. To create the account i need to get a verification code which is sent to my phone, but i cant open it"!!! Where can i get this PIN?
