The two avenues I'm aware of to try and resolve this are >
- Put your sim in another phone to try and request the pin.
- Hard Reset your phone which takes it back to the last firmware update. This process does typically wipe the phone of information such as contacts, pictures etc. A hard reset is performed by a series's of buttons presses so access to the settings menu isn't required. Google Hard Reset and the make of model of your phone.
