Vodafone Smart 4 Turbo bootloop

Hi,

I'm having problems with my smart 4 turbo. It gets stuck when I try to boot it. What I've tryed:

- Remove battery, wait, put it on again an restart.

- Init in recovery and do a factory reset.

It keeps failing. I've read about the causes and I can say I didn't try anything strange before this started to happen. So, is there any other solution? I've read I can also reinstall using a factory image but I can't find one for this model, do you know somewhere where I could find it (if it is legal, that I'm not sure).

As a Factory Reset or Hard Reset or soft reboot isn't helping @Jaime977 I'd suggest to hand the phone into a Vodafone Highstreet Store and ask them to send it away for a diagnostic. 

People on eligible contracts can request a courtesy phone if they have one available.
