My mobile has been on 'emergency calls only' for over two weeks now, with only very occasional and fleeting access to a better signal. All the phones in our house are affected so it is definitely the network at fault and not the phones. Other areas on the Isles of Skye and Raasay are similarly affected. Unless I travel some distance from my address, I cannot get any signal. I cannot access my account online as my mobile is unable to receive the code texted to me. I should be grateful if you would let me know when full mobile service will be resumed. A prompt response and reinstatement of full mobile signal would be much appreciated.
