Hi, I have the Smart Ultra 6, love the phone however, I am having major problems with the screen and apps jumping around all over the place! I could be in any app or the phone or text app and tapping away and then all of a sudden the screen will, without warning, minimise/maximise several times, select other apps, minimise/maximise, select menus, minimise/maximise, go to home screen, back to app, minimise etc etc. Usually goes nuts for about 30 seconds or so before calming down. I can then use the phone normally for a minute or two before it goes nuts again. Phone is great apart from this blip. I have tried clearing out the app cache and have done a full hard reset. Bloke in the Vodafone store had never seen it before either but didn't seem that interested. All to no avail. So I'm turning to you guys.
I can't see any other posts relating to this problem so I though I'd give it a go and write my own. I have to confess that I have dropped the phone a couple of times so I wouldn't be able to return it for a fix but I am hoping that someone will say that the problem is not related to this. If it is, I'm happy to take it on the chin and buy myself a new one but I'm just hoping some tech minded folks can offer a solution. Many thanks for your help. Andrew.
