I think there is a problem with my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6. Sometimes when using it the device crashes and reboots with the left top row of LEDs flickering but they go away when the device goes back into stand by mode. This tends to happen when using apps like Snapchat, Youtube and Facebook and it even sometimes happens when I recieve a call. My brother also has the same phone but doesn't have the same problem as I do. This happens around 4 to 5 times a day.
This is my 2nd Smart Ultra 6 too as the last one turned off for no reason and wouldn't turn back on again after only 3 days and it too had the same problem right from the start.
Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

This might be a resource issue. In the first instance, factory reset the device* and then run it for a few days vanilla, with no other apps installed. If it's OK, put your apps back one at a time until the problem recurs. If it's a specific one, you'll have found the culprit, or it might just be weight of numbers. If you have a lot of photos and other content on the phone, consider moving them to an external sd card to save space.
* Before resetting, make sure that your contacts and calendar are fully sync'd and that all your content is backed up. If you have an external sd card, remove it as the reset can sometimes format it.
