Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 device bin full

When I go to delete a photo from my gallery, the following message comes up:

Delete item permanently?

Your device's bin is full.  If you delete this item, it will be removed permanently from your device & account.

CANCEL         DELETE PERMANENTLY

Can you please advise how I empty my device's bin as I can't find how to do this anywhere.

Go into your Google Photos and you should be able to see a bin in the settings. 

If you empty this, it should stop you getting that pop up message.
