Hi, I like my Smart Ultra 6 but I get really fed up when talking to people. Usually in mid conversation my phone puts the call on hold and then I find it difficult to take the call off hold because my screen has gone dark. I usually end up calling the person back. I have now started to hold my phone away from my ear to avoid this happening. Is there any way to stop the hold facility?

@pargaparadise I personally do not use Android but just in case it may help;
When iPhones had this problem a few years back the solution was to turn off the screen by quickly depressing the power button half way down once on a call which stopped the hold button being activated by it touching the face.
I don't know if with the Ultra 6 that is even possible but it may be worth looking at.

I think this maybe a proximity sensor issue or maybe a case or screen shield if applicable may cause issues.
A vodafone store can check this at in store or if necessary send it away to be checked.
