Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 update issues

Hi everyone, I have a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 phone with 5.0.2 OS. An Update notification came recently. But despite dowloading the update more than 3 times can not update successfully. I searched google about this situation, found the update at ZTE's own download center. Unfortunately download speed is very very slow. Can anyone upload that file to another site or something like that?

It may not be successfully downloading due to available memory not required in your phones internal memory. You could try creating space via deleting unused or rarely used apps and music,pictures and old emails and text messages etc.

Regarding your latter request I'm unable to help you personally.

And I'm thinking Vodafone wouldn't be able to assist. The advice would be to download the update from your phones software update section in settings.

Thanks dude but i have done complete reset, deleted everything. But can not update. I have another question too , how can i find the downloaded update on my phone? May it be in the temp folder? Or deleted after unsuccessful update?

Hello.

Ive not used that particular model of Smartphone so am

unable to provide a definitive answer. Hopefully someone who uses that phone will be along to help you further.

One other option is to visit a Vodafone Store to see if they can help with the update. If they cannot then their is the option if necessary to let them send it off to their Service Centre.

@serdarxxx

If you're a Vodafone UK pay-monthly customer, going to your local store will allow a member of the team to check for any software or mechanical faults.

You can also check your warranty options if you're still in contract.
