Hello
I bought Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 few months back.
The keyboard is not working properly now and one of the letters of my password doesnt work.
So I cannot access the phone.
I have discussed the issue with the supplier and he has asked to send the phone back for replacement or refund.
But I have a lot of data on the phone and cannot take a backup because I cannot input the password.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Have you tried a soft reboot by turning it off and on just to see if that helps.
It maybe that some of your information is auto backed up.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone.
If it's still under warranty, please visit your local Vodafone store so they can take a look.
