Vodafone Smart Ultra 7 Freezing

I have been having issue with my vodafone Smart Ultra 7. Phone freezes 8 to 9 times a day when using facebook or facebook messenger Apps. I have resets the phone twice and deleted and redownloaded these apps two times but the issue has not been resolved. Going through the feed on this forum, it seems likes other people are having this problem as well. Any suggestion? or it is a problem with the phone? having to use chorme to access facbook will of course defect the aim of having a smartphone. Vodafone should address this issue it is just taking way the Joy of using this phone.

When you say reset the phone does this include a factory reset after making a back up. 

Also sometimes clearing the system cache can help. 

I personally prefer to use a bookmark on my homescreen instead of the app as the Facebook app in my opinion is a system hog and saps battery.

Yes, I reset to factory setting which of course will clear the cache.
I will try clearing the app caches again and see if it makes any difference

Is Facebook the only app that's this is happening with ?

You can give feedback on the app too. 

If this was me I'd also go into Google play store  online , into my apps and delete it there too.
