Does anybody have a direct contact with Vodafone where I may submit a suggestion to improve the "MyVodafone" website and possibly the service exp[erience to the customer?

We have a Vodafone Social Media Team here who send feedback from the Community Forum.
They read all posts and feedback left in them.

May I Suggest then that a Facility be made available on the "MyVodafone" website to enable text message sending, as an ex-Network Mtce employee, I know that such a facility was available in-house and I'm sure that a lot of Private & Corporate customers would find such a facility a boon in their lives and businesses when attempting to send complex text messages. I do realise that this will entail some billing issues but as MyVodafone currently links to Topups this should not be too involved.
