I have a Galxy S7 edge with Vodafone wallet on it which was working for a couple of weeks, then it stopped working with this code C2320. I tried phoning Vodafone all day and got passed from pillar to post with no-one knowing about Vodafone Wallet. There doesn't seem to be a department to contact of even a sub catogory in this forum. Well so I did the obviouse uninstall app factory reset phone deleted all old directories, stilll the same problem. Went to my Vodafone shop where they gave me a new NFC sim, this had just the same error code C2320.

I even tried it my old Galaxy S7 and was the same error on here which makes me think there is some sort of server error on Wallet but tried explaining this to Vodafone about resetting my Wallet they have not got a clue. Vodafone Wallet is an excellent idea and when it works its great better thank Aplle Pay. But no-one knows how to sort out problems with it which beggers belief from Vodafone, spend money on a good idea but give it no support. I just hope this forum can help?

I've had error codes a couple of times.  The first was transferring to a new device - it seems to take 24-48 hours to settle down.   I've seen it since when I didn't have an internet connection (wifi hotspot had connected but not logged in).   It's also possible, if you've had an update, that it needs to re-do the setup.   If you haven't, try turning wifi off and using a mobile connection.

You could also have a look at the support info either within the app or on Google Play.   There used to be an email address there and it's either help at Vodafonewallet.com or wallethelp at vodafone.co.uk (replace " at " with "@", obviously).  Within the app, if you look under "increase my limit", I have a feeling there's a freephone number to call as well.
