Vodafone Website Appaling

Why is the Vodafone website so appaling?

 

Just one example, we canot access our company bills, as the site will just not show them...

It's as if the site is in some form of closed-loop, and never completes the requets correctly.

 

This has been an issue for some time...

 

And there are many other such issues.

 

And before anyone suggest trying a different browser, and/or clearing cache, that has all been tried.

Hi,

 

Are you on a Business Contract or Pay Monthly Contract ?

 

I'm asking because if on Business the Team here can't access that type of Contract so a person would need to contact their account manager. 

 

If on a Pay Monthly Contract then one of the Team could engage via Private Message to take you through Security Protocols for your Account, and you can then see if any resolution can be achieved.

 

May I ask what the other issues are because one of the members here maybe able to help and guide you.

That's part of the issue...

We are a small company, but our account seems split between personal and business - both pay monthly.

We get different comments from different 'Vodafone Support' individuals when we try to get help - being bounced back and forwarsd between different departments.

And we donlt seem to have an account manager...

 

As for other issues with the website, just try sing it and it is all too obvous.

If I get time I will post a bunck of screen grabs - if I get time.

So here is more info...

 

When I log in to our Vodafone account, it takes me to the 'Personal' pages of the site, but as soon as I click to 'View Bills', I am taken to the 'Business' pages, and the whole website layout is, well, wrong.

 

I am again offered a list of options, inlcuding 'Company Bills', but whne I click on that I get taken back to the 'Personal' pages, and again have the same options as before...

 

Stupid!

Oh - and I tried 'Live Chat'...

What a waste of an hour of my time that was!

@Eugene7 This certainly doesn't sound right. 

As you've mentioned your account is split into both personal and business, we'd need to check that your account has been set up correctly, as this may be the reason why you're unable to view your bills. 

I'd recommend persevering with our Business Live Chat team or calling 191 from your Vodafone mobile to help resolve your issue.
