Vodafone customer service team are hopeless and do nothing to resolve any issues. Their team aren't aware of free BT Wifi being sold as a bundle allowance in your monthly contract. They ask you to purchase BT broadband separately. I am unable to see my usage online. Vodafone app still same message you are new to Vodafone after 8 weeks. What on earth is this. They will tell you system has crashed and they will xcall you back "Never to hear from them and leave you in limbo"
