And the same problem is back again! Out today and it started blocking sites again? Anyone got to the bottom of this yet?

I've managed to miss the call from Vodafone but they left a message and text a 'one time access' code but not mentioned what I'm supposed to do with the code? This is not going well.

@Chrisp998 Please reply to the last email we sent you, with the 'one time access code' you received - along with your date of birth and postcode.
This will allow us to pass security and offer further help with your query

I have now replied and been told that its being looked into (which is exactly what I was told 2 weeks ago when I signed up to Vodafone). Really not happy, paying for 24gb of data and not being able to use it. No time frame for when it will be fixed.
If anyone else has had this fixed, can you let me know what they did?

I replied yesterday asking for an update and was told "As the team are still looking into this issue, there's no time frame as of when this will be resolved." I would appreciate updates and would have expected idea of a completion date (as its getting into weeks since my orginal post).
If this cannot be completed, I want need to end my Vodafone contract as I'm paying for a service a can only use a fraction of eg, 24 gb of mobile data but not able to view sites.
This has been going no since I signed up to my contact on the 30th Mar 2017. I would have expected a couple of days to correct the problem, its starting to look like it wont be sorted.
Apologies it this seem unfair, but I'm start to lose patients with being told "its being looked into".
