For four days now I've had an email and SMS telling me that my SureSignal has moved. Signal box is 40111331688.
It hasn't moved, it's still where it has always been.
My IP address has not changed (I have a static).
My internet provider hasn't changed
My postcode hasn't changed.
How can I stop these false alerts? I've upready re-keyed my postcode three times now.

Hi jimwillsher,
This is normally caused by an update behind the scenes form your internet provider but it’s easy to fix.
All you need to do is change the postcode on the registration to something different such as ST1 5GP and then change it back to yours.
You can see how to do this here.

Thank you James, I've updated the postcode and changed it back again, and will see what happens in the morning.
