Vodafone tracker just showing 'Order details entered are invalid'

I've just pre-ordered 2 x 256gb Silver iPhone X I've been emailed the tracking numbers but when I go on the Vodafone Tracker site and enter in my details, It jusy shows the following:-

'Order details entered are invalid'

I've spoken to Vodafone on Live chat and they tell me that the tracjing won't go live until my phones are in the packing stage, but why is it other people on the forum are able to see tracking information?

Id have thought that because Vodafone have sent the email with the tracking number(s) then you should be able to use the tracking page !

Try clearing your cookies and cache of the browser or try another browser is my suggestion. 

Endure things like blocking pop ups is turned Off.

give it a few hours and it will show, mine took 6-7 hours before it stopped saying invalid

Maybe try the live chat again or give them a call and make sure the order was processed properly

Vodafone tracking now seems to be working,

the bad news is thats it's showing the estimated delivery date as the 25/11/17 - I knew this would happen. Vodafone making promises they just can't keep yet again. I was assured by 2 Live chat operators that delivery would be on the 3/11. Here's hoping my date changes but I'm not holding my breath

Oh no that’s a nightmare, fingers crossed they will get it to you before then, mines still showing 3rd November but I don’t feel confident about it!
