When I try access https://www.vodafone.co.uk/
I keep getting this message
Could you please let me know what to do to sort out this issue?

Can you try clearing your browsers Cache and Cookies and or try a different browser.

Hi @RafalJ
If it is your office, the reason for this will be a firewall on your office internet preventing you from accessing the site.
If this is the case, there will be nothing Vodafone will be able to do and you need to take this up with your employers.
I hope you will be able to browse the phones available when you have access to the site.

yes we check firewall already no rules stopping access to the website

There will still be a firewall present stopping you from accessing the Vodafone site on your office internet. Are other employees having the same problem with the Vodafone site?
Presumably, there are no issues away from your office environment.

Yes whole company in UK suffer as we are going out of the same public IP address
I found that thread:
and it looks that when users change IP address website start working again.
I also checked with our offices in US which have different public IP address and it is working fine for them.
the problem seems to be with our IP address (can be blacklisted?)
and it seems to happened on server in germany 47.73.192.146
