Does loss of signal happen everywhere or just at home?
Can you perhaps test your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out wether the phone or sim card maybe at fault.
Also if possible try another Sim Card in your phone. If necessary any Vodafone Shop can replace the Sim Card via a Sim Swap.

If this is only happening at home then input your full postcode in the online mast Checker https://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/uk-coverage-map/index.htm
If it's happening everywhere then check with customer service that your account is OK. 191 or Live Chat.
You do have a 30 day window from taking ownership to have it replaced. After that it's a repair.
