Total loss of service in the FK14 7JZ area. Failure occurred overnight between Thursday 12th and Friday 13th January in high winds. No service at all (voice, GPRS, 3G and 4G services all absent).
Loss of service has been verified with two neighbours with different Vodafone devices and by driving to within 200 Metres of the mast and checking for signal.
The mast itself is operated by O2 but Vodafone activated their own service on this mast late October 2016. Service has been excellent since that date. O2 customers in the FK14 7JZ area have also lost service (verified with another neighbour) at the same time.
