Vodaphone app not working

The app is driving me round the bend and if it's not sorted soon I will not be revising my contract when the time is up. Iv had the contract 6 months and not once have I been able to get on the my vodaphone app. Iv deleted it, restarted my phone, turned off the wifi without succes. I'm just so fed up of it and it appears loads of other vodaphone users feel the same. Please do something asap with the app as its so annoying not knowing where I'm at.
Thank you for reading my complaint. Also Iv spoken to vodaphone about this before without succes.

Hi there

 

When you removed the app, did you also ensure that you removed it from your iCloud account?  If you didn't it would still be copying the same data back to the handset.

 

Also, there are other ways you can keep an eye on your usage.  You can call 44555 from your handset or view the usage online in My Vodafone.

May I highlight to you that the eforum is a Customer discussion board and understandably we do not have any Account access or Access to Vodafone's Systems. 

 

Account Specific Enquiries cannot be dealt with here. Vodafone own and monitor the forum with Vodafone Tech Teams supporting people with Sure Signal and Mast Issues and forum moderation.

Customer Services via 191 & Live Chat via a Computer have Account Access.

 

Their is also further support via Twitter @vodafoneukhelp and Facebook -> VodafoneUK

 

I agree the myvodafone app is a useful tool and should work seamlessly. Please do perservere with customer services. 

 

One last resort would be to write to the Customer Relations Team at the foot of the forum page.
