Voice unlock on 3565 stick

My voice mode has gone on unlocked 3565 usb stick, any ideas if this is a VMB issue?

I'm not to sure what you are on about here.

Is it something that is stopping this from accessing the internet?

Do you get any error messages?

With some more information on what is happening I am sure that it will help us in identifying what the issue is.
