Voicemails

Evening, I have recently ported from O2 to Vodafone with a new iPhone 7.. I have set a voicemail greeting but I have been unable to do so (get a sorry error message) I have followed all options and have read suggestions in previous posts but have had no luck... I have reset the phone also...any ideas?

Can I ask can people actually leave you a voicemail and can you access and listen to it ?

The issue your experiencing maybe a by-product of the porting-in still settling and could well probably self resolve in a short time once all the files have settled. 

If it continues then customer service on 191 or Live Chat will be able to help you.
