1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Yes, indoors coverage is terrible. I used to be able to get 4G indoors. I've come back from holiday yesterday and I can't even get a signal to make a phone call. Walking a few minutes outside gives decent signal again.
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
WA9 4EE
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Yes, both my wife and I are on Vodafone and both experiencing the same problem
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
No signal indoors. We left for a week's holiday last Monday, indoor signal had been fine and was providing a good backup while we had broadband supplier issues. Now we can't even get signal for a phone call.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

Yesterday
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?
