@Jtunstall - I’ve checked the coverage in your area and you should have good 2G. The 3G and 4G is patchy with mostly outdoor only coverage.
Your serving site (69054) looks to be working fine.
Please try changing your phone’s network settings to 2G only and you should find that this improves.
As this is due to general coverage and not a fault in the area, you could buy a Sure Signal to use at home as this would provide you with 3G.

HI,
I already have a sure signal box, in fact I've had 3 as vodafone kept saying it was the box that was faulty. I have my phone on 2g/3g only as I was advised this would help, however this doesn't help. I still can't make or recieved phone calls or text messages. I rely on Web based apps to make calls and send messages.
Thanks

@Jtunstall - If you have a Sure Signal, you should be getting good 3G coverage at home.
Please follow the steps in our Sure Signal troubleshooting guide for help with this.
