I have ordered broadband. When will I be able to find out what my connection userid and password is?
I would like to know this before the service starts.

There is a dedicated Vodafone Broadband Customer Services number which is suggest to call and ask that question.
08080 034 511 for broadband (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week

My service is due to go live tomorrw. I chatted with them this morning and they said that it has not been created yet. So its probably created the day the service goes live.

I have got my userid and password by a phone call about 4 days after placing order. The service is not due to go live for another 5 weeks when my existing contract expires. I have not yet got a Vodafone router as they are out of stock. I have my own Zyxel VMG8924-B10A router.
