Why is my mobile broadband voucher number not being recognised?

How are you topping up?

Are there any error messages when you attempt to top up?

Sorry, only just seen this reply. The problem was because I had bought a £20 voucher cos the staff in the shop didn't tell me you can only use £15 vouchers for dongles! I have a new question - why can I not get an online balance any more? I click on 'Check balance' and nothing happens x
