I upgraded to a Blackberry Q10 last month and have not been successful in getting Wi-Fi and Vodafone Hotspot to work. I have done 2 software updates since I got my new smartphone, I am on the latest version 10.2.1 and Blackberry say that this should have fixed the problems but it hasn't.
Wi-Fi and Vodafone Hotspot work on my wife's BB Z10 so they should work on my BB Q10.
Is it a hardware problem?

Hi nigeljcoote,
Welcome to the eForum.
What’s happening when you try to use Wi-Fi?
Is your phone facing issues connecting to all Wi-Fi connections?
If so it looks like it may be a fault with the phone.
Please see our repair process here.
Thanks,
Gemma
