I got my new S7 edge from CPW and can't use wifi calling as there is no option in the phone settings to activate this. l no this option was there before l updated to android 6.0.1 now this option has disappeared is there a way to get it back.

Not sure if your aware of this but l have just had an ota update 8/9/16 and this has now enabled the wifi calling on my s7 edge which l got from carphone warehouse although l have turned it on l haven't tried it out. So check to see if the update is ready for you.

I haven't tried it yet but l expect or at least l hope it will. I get a good signal at home both 4g and wifi but l will try it out as soon as l get a chance.

Wifi calling doesn't work l can activate it though the phone settings and that's all don't get a pop up window asking if l want to enable wifi calling like it says on your website. Tried it out in various places like travelling to Newcastle-upon-Tyne by train and using there free WiFi also tried in my home town Morpeth but no success there either, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge which has all the latest updates and can't see a reason why it doesn't work

Wifi calling is a Vodafone network feature.

A device purchased through a third party like Carphone Warehouse shouldn't be able to access or use Wifi calling.

You mentioned that you installed an update on 08/09/2016 that enabled Wifi-calling. Did you receive a text or email notifying you that Wifi-calling could now be used on your device?

Please can you provide a screenshot of this message so I can check into this for you.

It's actually on this forum some where and it states that Vodafone has decided to release wifi calling for some 3rd party sellers and carphone warehouse was one of them the Galaxy S7 Edge was one of the phones on your list l will send you an email with a screen shot of my phone settings which clearly shows the wifi app there

I have an S7 bought from CPW and Wifi callings works fine since the Sept update, It only seems to turn on though if I have no signal, on my old iPhone it came on when ever I connected to wifi whether I had signal or not.
