Xperia z not connecting to sure signal 3

hi guys any help with getting my xperia z to connect to my syre signsl 3, its registered to connect, i had a text saying it can connect but no luck, my i phone 5 is connected ok

Hi kevvie, 

Can you supply your Sure Signal serial number? 

Is this a new handset you've just received? Have you had a new SIM card in it at all?
If so you will need to remove the number from the Sure Signal dashboard and re add it after a few hours.
