Hi,
Over the last week my wife and i have received texts and emails telling us that our sure signal has been suspended due to inactivity - although of course the only way i received the text was through the Sure Signal. It's on and in use every day so it makes no sense at all. Online it says it's active. The link you give in the email is ridiculous because it just sends you to an FAQ with no explanation of what to do if Vodafone suspend your sure signal for no reason.
Our serial is 40123614212. It took weeks to get this bleedin' thing working so please please pretty please don't turn it off because of some glitch.
What gives?

Hi @robinv2,
The Sure Signal serial number you've provided was deregistered back in December 2012. Can you check this is the correct serial?
@carly1979 - Please provide the following information;
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
