Hello
I recently lost my phone Galaxy Samsung 4 and am using my old Blackberry Bold in the meantime until I receive a new phone via upgrade. I went to Vodafone to receive a new SIM card with my current phone number, and that works fine (receiving / making calls and texts). However when I try to set up my email account under the Setup --> Email Settings, I am getting the following error:
"Your device had a problem connecting to the server."
Perhaps my Blackberry access was switched off when I switched to Samsung and now needs to be switched back on so I can send / receive emails? Any help is appreciated.
