Have latest version of Blackberry Link software and recently found that certain contacts in Microsoft Office Outlook are not being synced with Z10 although report on BB Link advises sync successful.
Is there any way of clearing contacts on the Z10 to start again?

To add to the above post - herewith the results of recent attempts to sync
Where it says no changes were required - this is untrue!!

Exchange is not an option.

Go to the Contact that did not Sync. Click on Edit, make a change and save it. You can reverse the change you made and save it again.
Now connect your phone and it should sync.

Thanks, but it's not something you would want to do over 200 times when there is an application that should do it for you. Fair to say that I'm looking for a solution rather than a workaround.

Try it with a few contacts, and the rest should also sync.
I had similar issue with contacts in my Hotmail Account. Changed a few and all synced up.
Regarding a resolution, it is more an issue with BlackBerry/Microsoft. Not sure that Vodafone will be able to resolve it for you.
Try the crackberry forum. You might find a resolution there.
