Z2 has Factory Re-Set itself twice

Is this a known bug with the Sony Z2? Its happened twice over last two months with no warning - go to use phone and its totally wiped itself.

Something's wrong.   I think you need to arrange a repair sooner rather than later.

This is a massively long shot, but have a look under the SIM slot flap and make sure something (such as the label with the IMEI on it) isn't pressing the reset button under there.

I had a look and it doesn seem to be anything near that button - what does the buttong look like so i can be sure?

If it's still there (and I'm pretty sure the Z2 had one) it's either red or yellow/orange and is a tiny button beside the SIM card slot.  You can find out more from the full manual, which you can download from the Sony website.
