I have the following problem with the new ZTE K4201-Z 3g USB STICK.
When i put the stick in the usb port of my laptop (TurboX - Manufacture Clevo - W670SHQ),
the laptop crashes and gives me the message "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"
the laptop has Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 bit.
From Vodafone shop changed my stick 3 times, i spoke with the dealer-support of my laptop,
nobody can help me about this problem.
Notice that the stick works fine in a PC with Windows XP and Windows 7.
Please help me with this problem.
P.S. In my laptop the stick k4201 works fine, i tried from a friend.

Dear Jenny
Your reply is out of meaning.
You are tech team, correct?
This is the solution that you can give me?
You don't try to find and solve the real problem.
Thanks anyway, but i am dissapointed from your "tech" team.

Hi @dritpetros
The solutions we can offer are to go through the mobile broadband troubleshooting guide and double check you have the latest broadband software.
There's no further information we can offer which will resolve the problem I'm afraid.
I'd recommend buying a new dongle as Jenny has suggested.
Thanks,
