i bought a HTC one Mini 2 on black friday deal.
you are out of stock which is fine. i have an web number but cant seem to look up my status on track my order.
i have been getting text keeping me informed.
today i got a text saying service request closed
what does this mean?

amazing i called them at 4pm they told me they had no stock and 4 hours later i got a mail telling me it would come today

Same thing happened to me. Ordered HTC One Mini 2 on Black Friday weekend online. Expected to recieve it with 1-2 weeks. Still haven't recieved it. Recieve texts every 10 days saying it has not been recieved from manufacturer. Web tracking number doesn't work either. Numerous calls to the contact centre - no one seems to know when it will be delivered!

They are lying!
I've had the same problem.
I just phoned pretending that I want to buy a new phone and they said there is plenty in stock and then when I bring up the fact I bought one black friday weekend and still have not received it they put the phone down, this has happened three times now!
My assumption is they were not anticipating so many people purchasing it and they've realised how much money they are losing out on so all they are doing now is making excuses like still not received from manufacturer. And the text messages about they will send an update in 10 days well my last one was 13 days ago now!
As you can see on their website they are now selling the phone at normal price, they are just using dirty tactics in the hope that you will cancel your order .
It seems like Vodafone still hasn't learnt how to be ethical, such a shame!!

It is simply sad, I went to a couple of vodafone shop in London and all of them have got plenty of HTC one mini 2 on stock.
You will never get my money again after this experience.

No reply in 48 hours.

Cancelled my order on Sunday 11th January. Over a week ago. Now awaiting refund. Now similarly to the phone delivery date, no one at Vodafone will tell me when I will get my money. Won't ever buy anything with Vodafone again. Never experienced such a poor quality customer experience.
