Hi all, about to switch from my old 9300, trusted and loved, to blackberry Q10  what should i look out for and what problems am I likely to hit.

You will find the SIM card sizes are different that the phobe acceots but Vodafone will be able to sim swap for you. Any Vodafone store can sim swap for you.

Sorry to say already sick to the teeth and wish hadn't bought it. Sometimes i just touch it and it responds another I have to stab it, often my big fingers hit more than one and off it goes in another direction, and making a phone call!!!!!!

I just want a phone, text, email I dont want to also scratch my.....

If it was my phone first check to see if it was on the latest firmware, if possible clear system cache and if necessary create a back up and factory reset. 

Does it have a screen shield applied as these can affect screen sensitivity?

Hi Lee,

Yes it has a screen protector which I will remove and try again, sorry to say its already up for sale and now looking at Samsung   I like a phone with a keyboard, a track pad and simple functions, maybe just getting old!!
