blackberry internet service and enterprise account activation??

I topped up today at 3.30pm after getting a new blackberry and opted into the blackberry internet service, 5 pound has been taken but no services added after recieving a text saying they would text me within 60 minutes to confirm activation? Ive tried contacting vodafone customer services and cant get through as they are "busy". Ive took battery out and back in several times! Ive went into host routing etc and registered the blackberry but I'm recieving no message! so i dont know what is up! i need this sorted asap its driving me mad! ive tried going into setup and email or something and its saying "activate enterprise account, enter details provided by your system administrator in the feilds below" and asking for a email address and password???? can someone from vodafone or anyone please help me??
