Hi my mum has upgraded her phone from a Blackberry Bold 9900 to a Q10. I have looked online at trying to find out how to transfer all of her data but there seems to be some sort of issue between the two operating systems or something?
Could someone please send me a quick and easy way of doing this that will definitely NOT delete any of her contacts, texts or emails as she has some extremely important information on there. As it's not my phone I don't want to be the one to to lose it!!
