I have a similar problem to that posted by jermainec . I have had no e-mails since last week and whilst the phone says my e-mails are 'activated' the Account management say it is unable to access. I did update software but that made no difference.
A diagnostic test seemed to show a successful Blackberry registration but did not connect to Blackberry. A ping test using the code failed.
Phone and internet do work.
This phone is a Curve 9320 and has had no problems like this since I've had it (2 years)
taken battery out numerous times, hard and soft reset, no effect. Any ideas?

Thanks but I tried that and whilst I got a registered ok message it still wouldn't register e-mails.
However, this morning the ping worked and the e-mail server is now up and running (at least for me). I did have to renter all my e-mail details again, as they had all been wiped, in order to get it working.
I do think it would have been good of Blackberry to post something saying that some users would be off e-mail line for a week, rather than let me suffer and assume it was at my end.
