I can no longer get web based mail on my Curve 9320 despite it having worked fine for the past couple of years. The problem may have started when I was offered an upgraded plan last week. I have installed the latest software on the Curve, but the only option given in the Email setup wizard is for Enterprise Activation. I have never used other Blackberry services such as BBM. Can you help with this?
