cancel top up by debit card

I'm asking on behalf of my Mum,she has registergered her Debit Card to top up £20 monthly but wants to cancel this,how does she go about it.

I think the answer is for her to call 18829 from her phone. The call will be free, it's the dedicated number for setting up automatic top-ups, and there should be an option for cancelling the arrangement. Failing that, there should be an option for speaking to an agent, to get assistance.

If she tries that, and is still stuck, please post back here for further advice.
