Changing the home page using Chrome

My Vodfone Smart First 6 has Chrome by default, how do I change the home page?

Hi, on my android phone if I open chrome, hit the three dots for the menu, scroll down to settings, then scroll to homepage and tap it, a tab opens where you can set the homepage.
