cannot access my voicemail

hi 

whilst in australia recently i had to buy a new handest from vodafone as my previous handset died

i was told i needed to unlock it from vodafone au, which was fine and the phone works perfectly in the uk.

however i am unable to access my voicemails 

if i dial 121 it just says network busy and then hangs up

any help would be appreciated.

ironically my wifes samsung galaxy ace is also having the same problem!!!!

Did this work on your old phone?

What happens if you call 07836 121 121?
