changing a micro pyg sim to a nano sim

i've just upgraded my handset and need to change my micro pay as you go sim to a nano pay as you go and i want to keep my number. how can i do this? the live chat doesn't seem to be working for me

A sim swap will move your mobile number and tariff from your old sim to the correct sized one you need now.

thanks looks like i need to do a trip to a store once i'm back in the country as can't receive a txt (as not in the uk at the mo) plus my husband tried to turn my micro in to a nano himself

I also once tried to trim down a SIM card and was not successful either ! 😳
